What is Consignment manufacturing?
Consignment manufacturing involves partial outsourcing of the manufacturing. For example, Company A would design the product, purchase the parts and build the boards.Then Company A brings WCE, Inc. all of the components to assemble and test the final product. WCE, Inc. then returns the final product to Company A to box and ship to the customers.
What is Turnkey manufacturing?
Turnkey manufacturing is a complete process. For example, Company A would design the product and then provide WCE, Inc. with the Gerber, a schematic and a bill of materials.
WCE, Inc. will then purchase the parts, make the PCBs, assemble and test the product and then ship the product either back to Company A, or directly to the distributors or end user.
What is Box Build manufacturing?
Box Build manufacturing is a complete manufacturing process. Company A comes to WCE, Inc. with a concept and WCE, Inc. designs, manufactures and tests the product.
Then WCE, Inc. ships the finished product to distributors or end users. The product and the box contains Company A's name. Aftermarket service and warranty support can be provided.
What if I need a Prototype built? How long will it take?
Bring us the boards, parts and schematic and we can build and test your prototype in 24 to 48 hours.
Can you take an older product of mine and rebuild it with today's parts?
Yes, in most cases we can do this. Bring us your product and we will analyze it. If it's possible to update it, we can design and build an updated version of your product.
Note that some products may not be safe or economical to duplicate or update.
If I have an idea for an LED lighting solution can you design it for me as well as build it?
Yes, we can help you with LED lighting designs as well as solar energy solutions.
