Turn Key Solutions

WCE will procure the parts for the bill of material, orders the PCBs, provides complete SMT and through-hole assembly services with a final functional testing before shipping the products to the customer. In this case, customers would save on order lead time and costs associated with procuring various parts and components.

Consignment Orders

In consignment orders, customers send their complete kits containing all the components for the assembly. WCE will only charge for the labor cost to the assembly and final product testing. Don't worry, we can provide you the PCBs if you want us to. We need the Gerber files to your PCB design and layout to order your PCBs with our selected vendors.

Our Culture

Built by Hands
That Know

Our strength isn't just in our machines — it's in the people who run them. Founded in California in 1989, our team carries over three decades of institutional knowledge that no algorithm can replicate.

01

Generational Knowledge

35+ years of California manufacturing continuity means our senior engineers mentor the next generation in real-time. When a process anomaly arises, there's someone on the floor who's seen it — and solved it — before.

02

Continuous Mastery

We invest 200+ hours annually per operator in advanced training — from IPC-610 certification to AI-assisted inspection techniques. Our people don't just keep up with technology; they stay ahead of it.

03

Ownership Mindset

Every operator owns their line's quality metrics. When someone spots an improvement, they implement it — no committee needed. This is how we've sustained our industry-leading quality for over a decade.

Markets Served

Where Our Boards
End Up

Thirty-seven years in one building means we have built across a lot of industries. These are the ones we know best — and we are straight about the boundaries of what we are qualified to do.

RF & Wireless

Assemblies for radio-frequency and wireless systems, including boards destined for antenna, transceiver and communications equipment.

IoT & Connected Devices

Compact, sensor-dense boards for connected products — where component density and repeatable placement matter more than raw volume.

Medical Devices

Assembly work for medical equipment manufacturers, built to documented process control with full material traceability.

Military — Non-Mil-Spec

We build assemblies for military end-use programs to commercial and industrial standards. We do not hold mil-spec qualification, and we say so before you issue a PO, not after.

LED Lighting

Light engines in strip and panel formats, assembled through the full SMT line and evaluated on our own photometric equipment.

Capabilities

What We Build,
and How We Build It

Every capability below runs on our own floor in Newbury Park, on equipment our people operate daily. From paste to packaged product, the whole process stays under one roof and one quality system.
